Electric Entertainment Nabs Distribution Rights to Four Archstone Entertainment Features
Electric Entertainment, the Los Angeles-based production and distribution company, has announced it has acquired all distribution rights to four feature-length films from Archstone Entertainment.
The films include Adam the First, starring Oakes Fegley and David Duchovny; Futra Days, with Tania Raymonde, Brandon Sklenar, and Rosanna Arquette; The Cost, with Jordan Fraser-Trumble, Damon Hunter and Kevin Dee; and The Group, starring Anwen Bull and Dylan Baldwin.
“These films have incredible star-power and universal storylines that are sure to captivate audiences throughout the U.S. and Canada,” said Dean Devlin, CEO of Electric Entertainment.
“We look forward to this fruitful partnership with Electric Entertainment as they distribute these captivating films to a vast and diverse audience,” said Jack Sheehan, president of worldwide sales and development at Archstone Entertainment.
Adam the First also stars T.R. Knight and Larry Pine and is written and directed by Irving Franco. It follows Adam, who, after his outlaw foster parents are suddenly murdered, sets out on a cross-country adventure to track down a series of men who could be his estranged father — each one with a different life that could become his.
Futra Days is about a young man, who after undergoing an experimental time travel “process” that sends him into his future, investigates the man he has become, by engaging in a romance with his future self’s girlfriend in a mind-bending reality. “
The Cost stars Jordan Fraser-Trumble, Damon Hunter, and Kevin Dee. Directed by Matthew Holmes, the film follows two ordinary men who, intent on dispensing their own brutal form of justice, abduct a felon who committed a horrific crime many years before.
The Group, starring Anwen Bull and Dylan Baldwin and directed by William Higo, is about a support group for addicts that comes under siege from a mysterious gunman, intent on punishing them for a past tragedy.
