'The Librarians' To Get Behind-The-Scenes Art Book from Dynamite
TNT series The Librarians was the most-watched cable network series debut in 2014, and has now entertained viewers for more than three years with its stunning cinematography, dramatic scenery, and dazzling costume designs. To celebrate the beauty behind the series’ production, Dynamite has announced that, along with the comics series beginning in September, they will produce a standalone book that takes a behind-the-scenes look at the artistry of the show.
The show’s description reads:
“Based on TNT’s hit movie franchise, The Librarians centers on an ancient organization dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around. Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth and John Harlan Kim star in the series as protectors of the world’s mystical treasures with Emmy® winner John Larroquette as their reluctant caretaker. The series features Noah Wyle as Flynn Carsen, the character made popular in the original TV movies.”
Dynamite Entertainment’s retrospective of The Librarians will be released in 2018. The comic series by Will Pfeifer and Rodney Bechemi kicks off this September.
